反馈式健康教育结合强化心理护理对肺结核吸毒患者的干预价值

The Intervention Value of Feedback Type Health Education Combined with Intensified Psychological Nursing for Pulmonary Tuberculosis Drug Users

目的研究对肺结核吸毒患者实施反馈式健康教育结合强化心理护理的干预价值。方法方便选择该院2019年10月—2020年3月间收治的肺结核吸毒患者76例作为分析对象,通过双盲法将其等分为两组,分别命名为试验组(n=38)及常规组(n=38),其中常规组患者行常规护理,试验组患者在此基础上行反馈式健康教育结合强化心理护理。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量评分、护理依从性。结果护理前试验组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者心理状态均较干预前更优,且试验组患者HAMA(8.53±1.66)分与HAMD评分(6.22±1.09)分相较于常规组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(t=6.804、9.740,P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核吸毒患者实施反馈式健康教育结合强化心理护理能够有效改善患者负性心理,提升患者护理依从性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the intervention value of feedback type health education combined with intensive psychological nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis drug users.Methods 76 cases of tuberculosis drug addicts admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were conveniently selected as the analysis objects,and they were divided into two groups by double-blind method,named the experimental group(n=38)and the routine group(n=38),among which the patients in the routine group received routine care,and the patients in the experimental group received feedback-based health education combined with intensive psychological care.The mental state,quality of life score,and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,the difference in HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the mental state of the two groups of patients was better than before the intervention,and the HAMA(8.53±1.66)points and HAMD scores of the experimental group were(6.22±1.09)points compared with the conventional group,it was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.804,9.740,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback-based health education combined with intensive psychological care for pulmonary tuberculosis drug users can effectively improve patients’negative psychology,enhance patient care compliance,and improve patients’quality of life.It is worthy of extensive application in clinical nursing.
