Discussion on the Training Mode of Logistics Management Talents in the Affiliated Hospital of Fudan University

随着医院业务量不断增多、规模逐渐扩大以及现代化医疗设备的不断引进,医院后勤工作涉及的内容越来越广、难度越来越大、专业越来越多,医院后勤已经成为集管理型、知识型和技术型为一体的专业部门。在该次项目研究中通过进行复旦大学附属医院及后勤管理相关管理问题的分析,并根据实际情况进行人才培养。

With the continuous increase of the hospital5s business volume,the gradual expansion of scale and the continu ous introduction of modern medical equipment,the logistics of hospitals involve more and more extensive content,more and more difficulties,and more and more specialties.Hospital logistics has become a centralized management,knowledge-based and technical-based professional departments.In this project research,the Affiliated Hospital of Fudan University and the related management issues of logistics management are analyzed,and the mode of training the hospital logistics management talents is discussed according to the actual situation.
