Design of Multi functional Zoom Compasses

针对机械制图教学中圆规功能单一、操作不便等问题,采用组合创新法,基于Unigraphics软件设计了一种集画圆、画椭圆、测量等功能于一体的多功能变焦式圆规。介绍了所设计的多功能变焦式圆规的结构,对其进行了动作轨迹仿真,并通过实例演示验证了其绘图功能,确认多功能变焦式圆规达到预期效果。

Aiming at the problems of single function and inconvenient operation of the compasses in the teaching of mechanical drawing,a combination innovation method was adopted and the multi function zoom compasses that integrate circle drawing,ellipse drawing,and measurement functions were designed based on Unigraphics software.The structure of the designed multi function zoom compasses was introduced,the motion trajectory simulation was carried out,and its drawing function was verified through demonstration to confirm that the multi function zoom compasses achieve the intended effect.
