不孕症患者伴宫颈机能不全的相关因素分析

目的分析不孕症患者伴宫颈机能不全的影响因素。方法收集2018年1月至2019年4月山西省儿童医院妇幼保健院生殖医学中心102例不孕症患者临床资料,检测患者外周血及阴道分泌物的炎症因子表达情况,分析不孕患者的不孕原因与宫颈机能不全的相关因素。结果①宫颈机能不全的不孕症患者多伴有输卵管性因素的不孕。②输卵管性不孕症与多次宫腔操作史及宫颈阴道感染史有密切关系;③宫颈机能不全的不孕症患者相对于不伴宫颈机能不全的不孕症患者炎症因子的表达较高。结论宫颈机能不全的不孕症患者多与输卵管性不孕因素有关,输卵管性不孕患者的炎症因子表达较高,故宫颈机能不全可能与生殖道的感染相关。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of infertility patients with cervical insufficiency.Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of infertility patients of Reproductive Medicine Center of Shanxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected from January 2018 to April 2019,the expression of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood and vaginal secretions of the patients were detected,analysis of the related factors between the causes of infertility and cervical insufficiency.Results①Infertility patients with cervical insufficiency are mostly associated with infertility due to tubal factors.②Tubal infertility is closely related to the history of multiple uterine cavity operations and the history of cervical-vaginal infection.③Infertility patients with cervical insufficiency have a higher expression of inflammatory factors than infertility patients without cervical insufficiency.Conclusion Infertility patients with cervical insufficiency are mostly related to tubal infertility.The expression of inflammatory factors in tubal infertility is higher.Therefore,cervical insufficiency may be related to reproductive tract infection.
