摘要
目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛患者使用不同剂量的美托洛尔后对血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法:采用数表法,将86例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为低剂量组(100 mg/d)和高剂量组(200 mg/d),每组各43例。两组均为空腹口服,治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后的MPO、MMP-9、心绞痛持续时间、心率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、疼痛评分及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后高剂量组MPO、MMP-9指标水平低于低剂量组(P<0.05),两组患者心绞痛持续时间、疼痛评分、心率、LVEF指标及不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔用于冠心病心绞痛的治疗可以降低体内MPO、MMP-9的水平,且剂量越大影响越明显。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of metoprolol on serum myeloperoxidase(MPO)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with angina pectoris.Methods:86 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into low dose group(100mg/d)and high dose group(200mg/d),with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with fasting for 4 weeks.The MPO,MMP-9,the duration of angina pectoris,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of MPO and MMP-9 in the high dose group were lower than those in the low dose group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of angina pectoris,pain score,heart rate,LVEF index and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol can reduce the levels of MPO and MMP-9 in patients with angina pectoris,and the higher the dose,the more obvious the effect.
