企业自行监测及信息公开工作的规范开展,是提升环境管理和满足社会公众知情权的重要手段。根据国家生态环境部的相关要求,环境管理部门需加强对排污单位自行监测的帮扶指导,进一步压实排污单位主体责任,提高自行监测数据质量,为环境管理提供精准、可靠的监测数据。通过重点介绍企业自行监测的帮扶检查的主要内容、检查中发现的问题,针对这些问题提出了较为可行的意见建议,进一步规范企业自行监测。

The normative development of enterprise self-monitoring and information disclosure is an important means to improve environmental management and to satisfy the public s right to know.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,environmental management departments need to strengthen the support and guidance for the self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units.Further compaction of the main responsibility of pollutant discharge units,improving the quality of self-monitoring data,to provide accurate and reliable monitoring data support for environmental management.This paper focuses on the main contents of the self-monitoring support inspection and the problems found in the inspection,put forward some feasible suggestions to solve these problems and specification enterprise self-monitoring.
