“现代学徒制”是一种以提升学生技术技能水平为目的的现代职业教育模式。设计科学合理的专业技能实训项目,是推行“一人多岗、一徒多师、一专多能”现代学徒制人才培养模式实践教学的前提条件,也是实现“技术技能型”人才培养目标的重要保证。它不仅对提升学生的技能水平、职业能力及毕业生的就业率有着重要的作用,而且也为高职高专的人才培养探索出了一条新的途径。
