摘要
生鲜食品具有保质期短,易受机械损伤和腐烂变质,不耐储藏等特点,对生鲜食品进行包装再销售可有效提升其贮存特性。生鲜食品机械化包装不但可以提高生产效率,还可以提升包装过程中食品安全,有效解决国内劳动力短缺问题,提高综合生产效益。本文综述了目前生鲜食品包装机械的设计及应用进展,包括枕式生鲜食品包装机、盒装热压式生鲜食品封口机、气调生鲜食品包装机、贴体生鲜食品包装机和超薄自粘膜生鲜食品包装机,其中超薄自粘膜包装机按包装方式还分为四折膜板式生鲜食品包装机和负压式生鲜食品包装机。
Fresh food has the characteristics of short shelf life,perishable deterioration and susceptibility to mechanical damage during transportation and sales.Storage characteristics of fresh food can be improved by packaging before offering to consumers.Mechanized packaging of fresh food will improve production efficiency and food safety in the packaging process,which is also conducive to solving the domestic labor shortage and raising the comprehensive production efficiency.The design and application progress of five kinds of packaging machines for fresh food packaging were systematically summarized in this paper,including pillow packaging machine,continuous band sealer with trays,modified atmosphere packaging machine,skin packaging machine and ultrathin self-adhesive film packaging machine.Among them,the ultrathin self-adhesive film packaging machine is further divided into the suction film vacuum packaging machine and four-folding-plate packaging machine.
