7种傣药材不同极性提取物的抑菌作用对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究7种傣药材不同极性溶剂提取物对大肠杆菌(Ec.)和绿脓假单胞菌(Pa.)的抑菌作用。方法:以乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取7种傣药材的95%乙醇提取物,获得不同极性部位;采用滤纸片法测定提取物的抑菌圈,二倍稀释法测定提取物及阳性药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),确定其抑菌活性。结果:25 mg/mL浓度条件下,7种傣药材不同极性提取物均显示有不同程度抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为(1.21±0.04)~(2.80±0.07)cm,对绿脓假单胞菌的抑菌圈为(0.84±0.03)~(1.96±0.03)cm。其中勐腊大解药(平脉藤)乙酸乙酯萃取物(MLDJY-2)抑菌效果显著,对Ec.抑菌圈、MIC和MBC分别为(2.80±0.07)cm、0.195 mg/mL和1.563 mg/mL,对Pa.抑菌圈、MIC和MBC分别为(1.96±0.03)cm、0.781 mg/mL和6.250 mg/mL。结论:验证了7种临床常用傣药材抗菌活性,为临床应用和抑菌产品的开发提供一定的科学依据。 Objective To study the antibacterial effects of different extracts of 7 kinds from Dai medicinal materials against E.coli(EC.)and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa.).Methods The 95%ethanol extracts of 7 kinds of Dai medicinal materials were extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol to obtain different polar fractions.The antibacterial zones were determined by filter paper method,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of the extracts and positive drug were determined by double dilution method.Results At the concentration of 25 g/mL,the inhibitory zones againstE.C.And Pa.were from 1.21±0.04 cm to 2.80±0.07 cm and 0.84±0.03 cm~1.96±0.03cm,respectively.Among them,the MLDJY-2 showed significant antibacterial activity.Inhibition zone agaist E.C.,MIC and MBC were 2.80±0.07 cm,0.195 mg/mL and 1.563 mg/mL,respectively.antibacterial zone against Pa.,MIC and MBC were 1.96±0.03 cm,0.781 mg/mL and 6.250 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion The antibacterial activities of 7 kinds of Dai medicinal materials were verified,which provided scientific basis for clinical application and development of antibacterial chemical products.
