"十三五"时期,中国电影从非常态高速发展进入了以提升电影质量、健全电影市场、完善电影产业、扩展电影影响的新常态轨道,初步形成现代电影工业体系,建构了全球最有活力的"坐二望一"大市场,创作生产出一批思想精深、艺术精良、制作精湛的头部电影,提供了满足观众多样化需求的电影,为中国从世界电影大国成长为世界电影强国奠定了基础。面对国际形势、经济形势、媒介生态、技术升级的新挑战,"十四五"期间中国电影将通过工业体系的完善、产业结构的调整、产品类型的丰富、市场规则的形成、全球战略的调整、传播渠道的扩展,为观众创造更加多样化的电影作品,为社会经济发展带来更大的文化推动。

During the period of "the 13th Five-Year Plan",the Chinese film industry has stepped into a new normal characterized by the pursuit of high quality of content,the stability of market,the development of industry and the influence of films.Along with the establishment of industrial film system,the Chinese film market has become one of the most influential markets worldwide.Various movies were produced with considerable quality both artistically and technically,and thus welcomed by various audiences.While the rapid growth of market offered promising opportunities for the development of Chinese movie industry,the political and economic global circumstance as well as the shifting of media and technological environment have also brought serious challenges.During the period of "the 14th Five-Year Plan",the Chinese film industry will need to further regulate the industrial structure,the production of content,the international marketing strategies and the variety of communication channels in order to play the increasingly significant role in the whole cultural sphere of China.
