高校医院在突发公共卫生事件中的应对与处置策略

目的:由于高校的教学方式多数为大班授课,学生较为集中、具有很强的流动性,且高校缺乏对突发公共卫生事件的演习,学生们应对此类事件的经验不足,导致突发公共卫生事件在高校内频频发生。因此,高校医院在学校突发公共卫生事件预防和处置上尤为重要,建立完善相关制度和应急预案,对医务人员开展相关培训,并对突发公共卫生事件进行演习,加强学校师生的公共卫生防控知识培训和传染病的预防,在高校各职能部门中起到承上启下的作用,从而为协助高校提高处理公共卫生突发事件的能力提供技术支持。

Because most of the teaching methods in colleges and universities are large classes,students are relatively concentrated and have strong mobility,moreover,colleges and universities lack of exercises on public health emergencies,the students have little experience in dealing with such incidents,these factors lead to the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is particularly important for university hospitals to prevent and deal with public health emergencies,establish and improve relevant systems and emergency plans,carry out relevant training for medical personnel,and conduct drills for public health emergencies,strengthen the training of teachers and students on public health prevention and control knowledge and the prevention of infectious diseases,it plays a connecting role in the functional departments of colleges and universities,so as to provide technical support to help colleges and universities to improve the ability to deal with public health emergencies.
