摘要
以汽车前保险杠零件为例,介绍了其热成形模具设计过程,重点分析了模具结构与布局,为了便于加工,凸凹模采用镶块组合式拼接方法,并针对零件的形状考虑了压边圈的设计,冷却系统的水路采用串联式水道设计,且根据热量交换方法和公式对进出口管管径进行了估算。该设计案例可为工程中的热成形模具设计提供参考和指导。
In this study,based on a front bumper part,the thermoforming die was designed.The die structure and layout were analyzed.The punch and matrix were divided into several parts separately to facilitate the manufacturing,and the binder was designed according to part shape.Series connection method was utilized in cooling system channels and the diameter of inlet and outlet pipes were estimated through heat exchange method and related equations.This case could provide reference and guide for thermoforming die design in engineering application.
