复合配伍药物对美洲鳗鲡疱疹病毒症疗效观察

Efficacy of an Antivirus Drug on Treating Anguillid Herpesvirus Disease of Cultured American Eels

鳗鲡疱疹病毒病是美洲鳗鲡养殖中广泛发生,常引起“脱黏败血症”和“红肝症”,致死率最高达60%以上。试验采用连续浸浴治疗方式,观察了3种复方药物对病原检测阳性、患有疱疹病毒症典型症状的美洲鳗鲡的疗效。结果表明,鳗疱康2号、鳗疱康3号对鳗鲡疱疹病毒症均有一定治疗效果,且鳗疱康3号疗效优于鳗疱康2号;3‰~6‰食盐对鳗疱康复配药物治疗效果其起到明显的协同增效作用。8 mg/L鳗疱康3号+3‰食盐浸浴治疗,能较快改善病鳗的症状,且能将病症严重的部分鳗鲡治愈,为较佳治疗方案。

Anguillid herpesvirus disease is a common disease of cultured Anguilla rostrata,with the symptoms of red liver disease and mucus sloughing and hemorrhagic septicemia disease.The mortality of the disease is up to 60%.The efficacy of three kinds of compound drugs on the diseased eel were tested using continuous medicated bath with timing changing water and drugs.The results showed that Eel paoKang No.2 and Eel paoKang No.3 had therapeutic effect on Anguillid herpesvirus disease,and Eel paoKang No.3 had better efficacy.3‰~6‰ salt showed cooperative effects with the compound drugs.The best prescription and dosage is 8 mg/L Eel paoKang No.3 with 3‰ salt,which has better curative effect,especially for severe diseased eel.
