民办高校“产教融合、校企合作”创业教育:价值、问题与路径

The Value,Problem and Path of Entrepreneurship Education of"Integration of Industry and Education,School⁃Enterprise Cooperation"in Private Colleges

“产教融合、校企合作”创业教育可以使民办高校与企业实现价值共创。但在实践中,民办高校的“产教融合、校企合作”创业教育存在创业教育教师经历、能力和素质不足,校企合作机制不畅,创业教育与区域产业经济结构及专业结构失衡等诸多问题。需要通过提升创业教育教师综合素质,打造稳定的创新型导师队伍;推进“产教融合、校企合作”共赢机制,实现校企的可持续性合作;“产教融合、校企合作”与区域产业结构的发展趋势保持一致;转变创新创业教育主体思维模式,加强“产教融合,校企合作”基地建设等途径来化解相关问题,实现校企创业教育的双赢。

The entrepreneurship education of"Integration of Industry and Education,School⁃enterprise Cooperation"can make private colleges and enterprises cooperate together to realize the creation of value.However,in practice,there are many deficiencies in the entrepreneurship education of"Integration of Industry and Education,School⁃enterprise Cooperation"in private colleges,such as insufficient experience,ability and quality of entrepreneurship education teachers,poor school⁃enterprise cooperation mechanism,imbalance between entrepreneurship education and regional industrial economic structure,and professional structure.We need to improve the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship education teachers to cultivate innovative tutor team,promote the integration of industry and education to realize the win⁃win cooperation between school and enterprise,strengthen the coordination between the content of entrepreneurship education and the development of regional industrial structure,change the main thinking mode of entrepreneurship education,strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship education platform and other ways to solve the relevant problems,and realize the win⁃win situation of entrepreneurship education between school and enterprise.
