摘要 为了得到客户要求的石油树脂产品,控制产品熔融黏度小于350 m Pa·s(200℃),通过引入单烯烃的方式进行工艺改造,调整间戊二烯和单烯烃的比例,优化聚合反应参数,控制聚合反应温度在60~70℃,可以达到降低树脂的熔融黏度、提高树脂软化点和使树脂分子量分布变窄的目的;经过技改后生产所得的产品软化点控制在90~103℃之间,质量稳定。 In order to obtain the petroleum resin products required by customers, the melt viscosity of the products should be controlled to be less than 350 m Pa·s(200 ℃). In order to reduce the melt viscosity of the resin, increase the softening point of the resin and narrow the molecular weight distribution of the resin, the process transformation was carried out by introducing monoolefins, adjusting the ratio of piperylene and monoolefins, optimizing the polymerization parameters, and controlling the polymerization temperature at 60~70℃. The product quality was stable after the technical transformation, its softening point was controlled between 90 ℃ and 103 ℃.
