妇女儿童互联网护理门诊建设实践

Construction practice of women and children's internet nursing clinic

目的:通过我院互联网护理门诊的建设经验,对互联网专科护理服务模式进行总结,为妇女儿童互联网+护理服务提供参考。方法:建立互联网专科护理服务制度、工作流程,规范互联网护理门诊出诊专家资质、培训、考核管理。在互联网医院平台开设护理门诊,同时监测互联网护理门诊接诊时间、服务时长和满意度等质量监控指标,完善护理服务体系,为妇女儿童提供远程专科护理服务。结果:2019年8—12月总就诊量为1050人次;母婴护理占68.9%;在线服务时间主要为08:00-22:00;挂号到接诊时长中位数为23分钟,接诊持续时长中位数为64分钟;患者对护理服务的满意度为99.52%。结论:互联网护理门诊接诊时间灵活,临床护理专家可有效解决患者的护理问题,患者满意度高,值得进一步推广。

Objective: To provide professional nursing services to women and children through internet nursing clinic. Methods: Qualification, training and assessment management of internet nursing outpatient specialists were standardized through the construction of an internet specialist nursing service system and related work flow. Nursing clinics were opened on the internet hospital platform. Quality monitoring indicators such as the reception time, service duration and satisfaction of the internet nursing clinics were monitored to improve the nursing service system and provide remote specialist nursing services for women and children. Results: The total number of patients from August to December 2019 was 1,050. Mother and child care services accounted for 68.9%. The online service hours were mainly from 8:00 to 22:00. The median duration from registration to consultation was 23 minutes, and the median duration of consultation was 64 minutes. Patient service satisfaction was 99.52%. Conclusion: There is a large demand for internet nursing services for mothers and children. Internet nursing clinics have flexible admission time and service hours. Clinical nursing experts can effectively solve the problem of nursing needs of patients with high patient satisfaction, which can be further promoted as the internet + nursing service model.
