“候鸟式”旅居老年患者过敏性结膜炎导致干眼症的临床研究

Clinical study of dry eye caused by allergic conjunctivitis in“migratory bird style”resident elderly patients

目的分析“候鸟式”旅居老年患者过敏性结膜炎(AC)导致干眼症的检测情况。方法选取2015年3月至2019年3月海南省万宁市人民医院确诊为AC的“候鸟式”旅居老年患者42例(84只眼)为观察组,同时选取性别、年龄相匹配且无全身疾病和眼表疾病的老年患者42例(84只眼)作为对照组。采用泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)评估2组患者干眼症情况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2组SIt值、FL评分和BUT值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组左、右眼SIt值、FL评分和BUT值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且左、右眼各项指标存在相关性。结论“候鸟式”旅居老年患者AC导致干眼症发生率较高,其与气候地域环境变化有关。而且,该症状的严重程度与患者自身泪膜功能变化存在相关性。

Objective To analyze the detection of dry eye caused by allergic conjunctivitis(AC)in“migratory bird style”resident elderly patients.Methods From March 2015 to March 2019,42 cases(84 eyes)of“migratory bird style”resident elderly patients with AC diagnosed by Wanning People′s Hospital of Hainan Province were selected as observation group,while 42 cases(84 eyes)of gender and age-matched elderly patients without systemic diseases and ocular surface diseases were selected as control group.Tear secretion test(SIt),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score and tear film break-up time(BUT)were used to assess the dry eye of the two groups,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in SIt value,FL score and BUT value between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SIt value,FL score and BUT value between the left and right eyes in the observation group,and there was correlation between the left and right eyes(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of dry eye caused by AC in“migratory bird style”resident elderly patients is higher,which is related to the change of climate and regional environment.Moreover,the severity of the symptom is related to the changes of tear film function of the patients themselves.
