摘要
常德市为省域次中心城市及湘西北中心城市、综合交通枢纽和生态宜居城市,随着城市社会经济的快速发展,城市逐步进行地下空间资源的开发利用。运用层次分析法和变权评价方法,针对研究区60 m以浅的地下空间资源开发利用进行适宜性分析评价,按照0~10 m,10~30 m,30~60 m等3个层次进行评价,得出研究区地下空间资源开发利用适宜性评价结果,按照适宜性等级划分为一级、二级、三级、四级4个等级,其中0~10 m大部分为一级适宜性评价区和二级适宜区,10~30 m和30~60 m一般为三级适宜性区和四级适宜区,并提出针对性的开发利用建议,以期为常德市地下空间资源开发利用提供科学依据。
Changde is a provincial sub-center and a regional center in northwestern Hunan Province;It’s also an integrated transportation hub and an ecologically livable city.With the rapid growth of its urban society and economy,the development and utilization of the underground space resources are gradually implemented.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process and variable weight evaluation methods are used to evaluate the suitability of the underground space resources below 60 m in the study area;suitability evaluation is carried out at the layers of 0~10,10~30,30~60 m;and evaluation results are divided into four grades from the first to the fourth.Most of the 0~10 m is first and second grade suitability areas,10~30 m and 30~60 m are generally third and fourth suitability areas.Finally,targeted development and utilization suggestions are put forth to provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of underground space resources in Changde City.
