摘要
高温合金GH4169作为典型的难加工材料具有切削力大、刀具磨损严重等特点。热辅助切削是一种利用外部热源降低工件强度、减小切削力改善切削性能的有效方法。基于有限元方法分析了不同热辅助温度对GH4169切削过程的影响规律,结果表明:热辅助温度越高,切削力越小,越容易产生带状切屑,表面残余拉应力越小,表层残余压应力越大。
As a typical difficult-to-machine material,the superalloy GH4169 has the characteristics of large cutting force and severe tool wear.Thermally assisted machining which introduces an external heat source to reduce the strength of the workpiece and the cutting force can improve cutting performance.This paper analyzes the influence of different thermally assisted temperatures on the machining process of GH4169 based on the FEM.The results show that the higher thermally assisted temperature,the smaller cutting force.Rribbon chips appear in higher temperatures.With the increasingly thermally assisted temperature,the surface residual tensile stress is smaller,the subsurface residual compressive stress is greater.
