摘要
文章针对传统采摘工具极易破坏果树、对人体产生伤害,设计了一款便携式多用水果采摘器。该水果采摘结构由鸢尾形旋转刀头,齿轮,电机,存果筒,伸缩式杆体,月牙形驱动组件等构成。文章基于三维建模以及运动学仿真技术,设计并验证结构合理性和动态性,从而有效确保采摘过程对水果完整性和安全性。
In the process of fruit picking,traditional picking tools are easy to damage fruit trees and do harm to human body.A portable multi-purpose fruit picker is designed.The fruit picking structure is composed of a iris-shaped rotating cutter head,a gear,a motor,a fruit storage barrel,a telescopic rod body,a crescent-shaped driving component and the like.Based on the economic kinematics simulation technology of 3D modeling,this paper designs and verifies the rationality and dynamics of the structure design,so as to ensure the integrity and safety and improve the picking fun.
