分析军队离退休老干部疗养期间的心理特点及针对性护理措施

Analysis of psychological characteristics and nursing measures of retired military cadres during convalescence

目的探讨军队离退休老干部疗养期间的心理特点,并制定针对性的护理措施进行有效干预。方法2018年12月至2020年12月,随机抽取军队离休老干部53例作为此次研究的主要对象;给予所有纳入研究对象均针对疗养期间的心理特点进行分析后,由具有丰富经验的护理人员制定针对性护理措施,以整体保障患者的临床效果。结果护理后老干部的心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)、生活质量均明显相比护理前的改善效果显著,且护理满意度评分由(65.45±2.33)分提高至(84.66±1.28)分;组间对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理措施的应用对于军队离退休老干部疗养期间的心理状态、生活质量以及满意度均具有显著的改善作用,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics of retired military cadres during convalescence,and to formulate appropriate nursing measures for effective intervention.Methods From December 2018 to December 2020,53 cases of retired military cadres were randomly selected as the main objects of this study.Nursing staff with rich experience to formulate targeted nursing measures to ensure the overall clinical effect of patients.Results The mental state(anxiety,depression)and quality of life of the old cadres were significantly improved after nursing,and The nursing satisfaction score was increased from(65.45±2.33)to(84.66±1.28),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing measures has a significant effect on the psychological state,quality of life and satisfaction of retired military cadres during recuperation.
