基于CiteSpace的我国临床营养研究可视化分析

CiteSpace-based Visual Analysis of Clinical Nutrition Research in China

目的利用文献计量学方法分析我国临床营养研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集期刊(WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)数据库两个数据平台,运用CiteSpace文献分析软件和EXCEL画图分析功能分别从临床营养研究年度发文量、发文机构分布、基金资助情况、高频关键词和关键词聚类等角度进行分析。结果我国临床营养研究英文文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,中文文献数量近5年略有下降;发文机构多集中在经济发达地区;英文文献基金资助比例明显高于中文文献;研究主题集中在营养治疗、营养风险、疾病状态等方面。结论临床营养研究在我国逐步受到重视,但重视程度、关注广度和基金的支持力度都有待进一步拓展和提升,建议研究者增强对临床营养学科建设的研究。

Objective To analyze the status quo,hotspots,and trends of clinical nutrition research in China by using a bibliometric method.Methods Relevant data were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).The clinical nutrition research in China was analyzed in terms of annual publication volume,research institutions,grants,high-frequency keywords,and keyword clustering by using the CiteSpace software and the EXCEL graphical analysis function.Results The past five years have witnessed a steady increase in the English-language articles on clinical nutrition published by Chinese authors and a slight drop in Chinese-language literature.Most of the research institutions were located in economically developed areas.The English-language literature had significantly higher proportion of grant supporting than the Chineselanguage literature.The hot research topics included nutrition therapy,nutritional risk,and disease status.Conclusion Clinical nutrition research has been rising in China in recent years,although its priority,depth,and grant support need to be further increased.Researchers are recommended to enhance their research on the construction of clinical nutrition disciplines.
