临床医学专业本科生“预防医学”学习需求调查 被引量:15

Investigation on the learning needs of“preventive medicine”in clinical medical undergraduates

摘要 [目的]通过对预防医学课程的教学评价和学习需求调查,为改进教学方法、革新教学手段提供参考。[方法]根据调查目的自行设计问卷,在预防医学课程结束后对昆明医科大学三年级临床医学专业全体本科生进行满意度和需求调查,并对调查数据做描述性分析。[结果]838名(93.1%)临床医学学生认为有必要学习预防医学,教学的整体满意度为4.59分,对各章节的满意度均在92%以上。752名(83.6%)学生认为预防医学需要安排实践课,实践课形式认可度最高的是疾病预防控制中心实习(81.4%),其次是社区卫生服务实习(74.9%),83.9%的学生愿意观看微信平台上的基础实验课视频。[结论]学生对于预防医学课程较为认可,但部分理论性强、内容多的章节需要更多教学方法的应用;学生对于实践课有较大需求,可通过实习、实验展示等方式满足学生个性化学习、自主学习的需求。 Objective Through teaching evaluation of the course of preventive medicine and the investigation on learning needs so as to provide reference for reforming teaching methods and innovating teaching method.Methods According to self-designed questionnaire of survey objective,it investigated the satisfaction and demand of all junior clinical medical students after end of preventive medicine course,and conducted descriptive analysis on the survey data.Results 838(93.1%)students thought that it was necessity for learning preventive medicine.The overall satisfaction score of this course was 4.59,and the satisfaction of each chapter was all above 92%.752(83.6%)students thought that preventive medicine needed to arrange practice lessons.The highest recognition degree of practice lesson form was that practice in center for disease control and prevention(81.4%),next was in community health service center(74.9%).Besides,83.9%students had willing to watch the video of basic experimental course on We Chat platform.Conclusions The students relatively accept preventive medicine course,but more innovation teaching methods are needed,especially on those theoretical and complicated chapters.Students also have great demands for practice lesson,satisfy with students’demand of individualized and independent learning through practice operation,experiment shows and other ways.
