资本下乡中农户的合作行为、合作意愿及契约选择意愿研究

Study on Farmers’Cooperative Behavior,Cooperative Willingness and Willingness to Choose Contracts in the Process of Capital Going to the Countryside

实施乡村振兴战略要坚持农民的主体地位。然而,在工商资本参与乡村振兴战略实践中,农民的合作意愿容易被忽视,甚至出现农民利益被侵害的现象。本文从微观农户视角出发,基于农户问卷调查数据,利用Binary Logit Model和Multinomial Logit Model模型,对比分析农户对资本下乡的合作行为和合作意愿,深入分析农户选择不同契约模式的意愿,并识别影响农户行为和意愿的因素。研究表明:第一,资本下乡中农户的合作行为和合作意愿的差异显著,合作意愿高于合作行为。第二,农户的合作行为受自身生产特征、工商资本特征和外部环境的影响。第三,农户的合作意愿受人口特征、生产特征和工商资本特征的影响,外部环境的影响不显著。第四,农户契约模式选择意愿与户主受教育年限、农业设施投资以及工商资本是否提供支持密切相关。

To implement the rural revitalization strategy,we must adhere to the main position of the peasants.However,in the practice of industrial and commercial capital participating in the rural revitalization strategy,the willingness of farmers to cooperate is easily overlooked,and even the phenomenon that farmers’interests are infringed.Based on the micro-farmers’perspective,this paper uses the Binary Logit Model and Multinomial Logit Model to analyze the cooperative behavior and willingness of farmers to invest in the countryside,and analyzes the willingness of farmers to choose different kinds of contracts and identify the influence factors of farmer behavior and willingness.The research shows the following results.First,the differences in cooperative behavior and willingness between farmers and industrial and commercial capital are significant,and the willingness to cooperate is higher than that of cooperative behavior.Second,the cooperative behavior of farmers is influenced by their own productive characteristics,industrial and commercial capital characteristics and the external environment.Third,the willingness of farmers to cooperate is influenced by demographic characteristics,productive characteristics,and industrial and commercial capital characteristics,and the impact of the external environment is not significant.Fourth,the willingness to choose the farmer’s contract model is closely related to the length of education of the head of the household,the investment in agricultural facilities,and whether the industrial and commercial capital provides support.
