老年患者长期使用呼吸机停机时的护理方法分析

Analysis of Nursing Methods for Elderly Patients With Long-term Use of Ventilator Shutdown

目的分析长期使用呼吸机的老年患者停机时的护理方法。方法随机选取本院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的长期使用呼吸机的老年患者82例,均分为两组,每组41例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理后的撤机成功率和撤机时间。结果在对长期使用呼吸机的老年患者进行护理时,观察组护理后的撤机成功率高于对照组,撤机时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预能够缩短患者撤机时间,提高撤机成功率。

Objective To analyze the nursing methods of elderly patients who have used ventilator for a long time when they stop.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,82 elderly patients who had used ventilator for a long time in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The elderly patients in the two groups who used ventilator for a long time were compared the success rate and time of weaning after nursing.Results When nursing elderly patients who had used ventilators for a long time,the success rate of weaning after nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the weaning time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the time of patient weaning and improve the success rate of weaning.
