“五定原则”指导下行A型肉毒毒素注射面部除皱疗效探讨

Efficacy of Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection in Facial Rhytidectomy Guided by“Five Limit Principles”

目的:探讨在“五定原则”指导下行A型肉毒毒素注射除皱的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月1日-2019年5月1日进行A型肉毒毒素注射除皱的500例患者为研究对象,通过筛查患者基本属性,划定注射点位及边界,制定注射剂量以及注射层次,在“五定原则”指导下进行注射治疗,统计术后满意度及并发症情况。结果:本组500例患者,总体治疗后满意率为97.8%,效果显著;2例无效,9例出现并发症,患者不满意。结论:在“五定原则”的指导下行A型肉毒毒素注射,是一种安全、准确、有效的面部除皱治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of botulinum toxin type A injection in rhytidectomy guided by“five limit principles”.Methods From May 1,2016 to May 1,2019,500 patients were selected for wrinkle reduction by using botulinum toxin type A.Through screening the basic attributes of patients,the injection point and boundary were defined,the injection dose and injection layer were determined,and the injection treatment was conducted under the guidance of the“five limit principles”.Postoperative satisfaction and complications were evaluated and analyzed.Results There were 500 patients in this group.The overall post-treatment satisfaction rate was 97.8%,and the effect was significant.2 cases were ineffective,9 cases had complications and the patients were not satisfied.Conclusion Under the guidance of the“five limit principles”,botulinum toxin type A injection is a safe,accurate and effective facial rhytidectomy.
