燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放技术对比及经济性分析 被引量:18

摘要 分析了燃煤电厂湿法脱硫产生的废水水质特点及零排放处理现状,为脱硫废水零排放工程的实施提供参考。根据废水浓缩和固化方式的不同,分为热法蒸发结晶、膜法浓缩结晶、热法浓缩干燥、直接热法干燥4条典型的脱硫废水零排放工艺路线。对不同工艺路线进行了技术对比及经济性分析。相较于结晶分盐工艺,热法浓缩干燥及直接热法干燥路线更适用于燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放工程,水质适应性强,吨水运营成本低。 The wastewater quality characteristics and zero discharge treatment status of wastewater from wet desulfurization of coal-fired power plant were analyzed,which provides reference for the implementation of zero discharge project of desulfurization wastewater.According to the different methods of wastewater concentration and solidification,it was divided into four typical desulfurization wastewater zero-discharge process routes including thermal evaporation crystallization,membrane concentration crystallization,thermal concentration drying,and direct thermal drying.The technical comparison and economic analysis of different process routes was carried out respectively.Compared with the crystal salt separation process,the thermal concentration drying and direct thermal drying routes were more suitable for the zero discharge project of coal-fired power plant desulfurization wastewater,which had strong adaptability to water quality and low operating cost per ton of water.
