摘要
远程教育教学督导的理论基石在于全面质量管理理论、系统分析理论以及共享价值观理论。远程教育教学督导制度的构建需明确"线上+线下"全面性、个性化发展取向的远程教育教学督导制度,远程教育教学督导评价制度包括,制定督导组和专家评价机制、建立学生参与评价机制与管理部门评价机制,远程教育考试督导制度分为,考前督导、考中督导和考后督导制度。
The theoretical basis of teaching supervision in distance education is the total quality management theory,the system analysis theory and the shared values theory.In the construction of teaching supervision system of distance education,we should clarify the"online+offline"comprehensive and personalized development orientation of distance-education teaching supervision system.We should establish the teaching-supervision evaluation mechanisms of supervision group&experts,students involved and management departments,and constantly improve the supervision system before,during and after examination.
