高血压与糖尿病中医相关性探析

从中医病因病机、体质学说、辨证理论、中西医理论联系和中医治疗几个方面分别对高血压和糖尿病进行阐述。可知情志、劳逸、饮食不调及先天亏虚均可引发这2种疾病,痰湿和瘀血为两病发展过程中存在的相关病理产物,临床辨证中痰湿内蕴型、瘀血阻络型、阴阳俱虚型在两病中均为常见证型。此结论可为中医临床提供更精准更全面的辨证论治,为中西医结合治疗高血压和糖尿病提供更多的思路。

Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are discussed from several perspectives in Chinese medicine,including etiology and pathogenesis,constitution theory,syndrome differentiation,theory linking between Chinese and western medicine as well as Chinese medicine treatment.It is known that spiritual depression,work and rest disorders,diet disorder and congenital deficiency can lead to these two diseases,and phlegm-damp and static blood are related pathological products during the developing process of the two diseases.In clinical syndrome differentiation,the common syndrome types of the two diseases are phlegm-damp accumulation type,static blood obstructing the collaterals type and deficiency of both yin and yang type.The conclusion can provide more precise and comprehensive syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine clinic,and more ideas in treating hypertension and diabetes mellitus with integrated Chinese and western medicine.
