韧性城市视域下的海绵城市规划探究

当前,随着全球生态环境的急剧变化,为更好地提高水资源的利用率,海绵城市建设逐步成为现代城市发展规划的主要方式。但在海绵城市建设过程中,相关试点城市规划出现了整体性、系统性以及统一性比较缺乏的问题,为更有效的解决存在问题,保障海绵城市规划建设全面实施,需要将韧性城市思维引入到海绵城市建设过程中,在城市整体规划中将韧性城市思维运用到各个维度,以求不断提高城市应对水资源流失、保障水生态安全、完善水系统的能力。本文根据目前国际较先进的韧性城市理念,进行海绵城市规划的进一步探究,以期为试点城市规划建设提供参考。

At present,with the rapid changes of the global ecological environment,in order to better improve the utilization rate of water resources,Sponge City construction has gradually become the main way of modern urban development planning.But in the construction process of Sponge City,there is a lack of integrity,systematicness and unity in the relevant pilot city planning.in order to solve the existing problems more effectively and ensure the full implementation of the Sponge City planning and construction,it is necessary to introduce the Resilient City thinking into the Sponge City construction process,and apply the Resilient City thinking to all dimensions in the overall urban planning,so as to continuously improve the city's ability to cope with the loss of water resources,protect the water ecological security,and improve the water system.According to the current international advanced concept of Resilient City,this paper further explores the Sponge City planning,in order to provide reference for the pilot city planning and construction.
