广州市三所中学学生营养状况与营养知信行现况调查

Investigation on nutrition status and nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of three middle school students in Guangzhou

目的调查广州市三所中学学生的营养知信行(KAP)的现状,探究营养状况与KAP的关系。方法采用方便抽样法,以中学生作为研究对象,采取自填式问卷收集基本情况、营养知识、营养态度以及营养行为相关信息,采用Epidata 3.1软件录入和SPSS 20软件进行统计分析。结果中学生营养知识掌握情况(5.80±1.79)和对待营养的态度的得分(5.02±3.97)差,营养行为得分(15.21±2.39)中等。不同营养状况中学生的营养知识得分、营养行为得分、营养KAP总得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广州市三所中学学生营养知识知晓率偏低,营养态度不够积极,学生营养状况与营养KAP得分有关。为改善中学生营养状况,应加强其营养知识宣教和营养态度的培养。

Objective To investigate the status of nutrition knowledge,attitude,and practice of(KAP)three middle school students in Guangzhou,and explore the relationship between nutritional status and KAP.Methods The students from three middle schools were selected as the investigation subjects.A convenient sampling method was adopted.The data of basic and related nutrition KAP information were collected through the self-administered questionnaire,and input into Epidata 3.1 software and statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 20.0 software.Results The three middle school students’scores(knowledge:5.80±1.79,attitude:5.02±3.97)of nutrition knowledge and attitude were poor,and the score(15.21±2.39)of nutrition behavior was moderate.There were significant differences(P<0.05)in the scores of nutrition knowledge,behavior,and the total scores of nutrition KAP among the students with different nutrition statuses.Conclusion The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge in three middle schools in Guangzhou is low,and their nutrition attitudes are not positive enough.The nutrition status of students is related to the score of nutrition KAP.In order to improve the nutrition status of middle school students,the education of nutrition knowledge and the cultivation of nutrition attitude should be strengthened.
