艾烟组分及其环境影响的研究进展

Research Progress on Components and Environmental Impact of Moxa Smoke

灸法是中医学中不可缺少的重要组成部分。历代医家典籍中均有关于艾灸的记载,而且艾灸在临床运用也十分广泛。随着分析化学技术的发展,关于艾烟化学成分的研究相继展开,以期望检测出艾烟的有效成分和毒性成分。随着环境保护意识的增强和雾霾天气的影响,颗粒物成为人们的关注焦点,而艾烟中就含有颗粒物质和其它空气污染物。本文整理了艾烟组分及其环境影响的相关研究,分别从艾烟中的有机化合物、无机化合物和颗粒物质三方面进行概述并总结其应对建议。

Moxibustion is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese medicine.There are records about moxibustion in ancient medical books,and moxibustion is widely used in clinical practice.With the development of analytical chemistry technology,the research on the chemical components of moxa smoke has been carried out in order to detect the effective components and toxic components of it.With the enhancement of environmental protection awareness and the influence of haze weather,particulate matter has become the focus of attention,while moxa smoke contains particulate matter and other air pollutants.In this paper,the composition of moxa smoke and its impact on the environment were reviewed.The organic compounds,inorganic compounds and particulate matter in moxa smoke were summarized and the corresponding suggestions were also put forward.
