合作社助力乡村全面振兴的实践经验及启示——基于西河农耕园种养植合作社的调研

The Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Cooperatives in Promoting the Overall Revitalization of Rural Areas——Based on the Investigation of Planting and Rearing Cooperative of Xihe Agricultural Garden

合作社作为架起小农户与现代农业有机融合的桥梁,组织农户抱团发展,以实现乡村的全面振兴。通过对西河农耕园合作社的组建发展助力深度贫困村集体脱贫并走上富裕道路的实践案例进行分析研究,结果显示:合作社在全面助力乡村振兴发展中,选好带头人是核心,立足当地资源发展产业是关键,利益共同体的构建是内在保障,政策的扶持引导是外部支撑,协同融合发展是活力之源。

As a bridge for the organic integration of small farmers and modern agriculture,cooperatives organize farmers to develop in groups and realize the overall revitalization of rural areas.Through the establishment and development of Xihe agricultural park cooperatives,analyze the practice of helping the deep poverty villages to get rid of poverty and embark on the road of prosperity.Based on the above case study,the result showed hat the significance of cooperatives in the development of comprehensive power country revitalization mainly reflects the followings.The core is to choose a good leader,the key is to develop industry on the basis of local resources the internal guarantee is to construct a community of interests,the external support is the policy support guide,the source of vitality is coordinated development.
