“立德树人”目标下外语教育的新定位与全球治理人才培养模式创新 被引量:59

Paradigm Shift of Foreign Language Education in the View of Morality-Strengthening Education for Cultivating Talents of Global Governance

摘要 外语课程思政赋予外语教育以宏伟的政治内涵,决定了新时代中国外语教育的根本任务和目标是立德树人,培养担当中华民族复兴大任的时代新人,培养具备参与全球不同领域治理能力和领导能力的国际化人才。在民族国家史逐渐演进为世界史、科技资源国际影响力逐渐增强的进程中,语言能力对民族国家的重要性日益凸显,外语能力是其重要的组成部分。充分汲取隐含于不同语言中的知识资源是一个国家实现自身发展的必由之路。充分发挥新时代国际化高级外语人才的全球话语能力,恰当表述人类命运共同体的基本理念,是实现人类永久和平,共商、共建、共享人类未来的必要条件。基于此目标,外语教育的理论研究需要系统认识和重新确定外语教育在新时期的任务和定位,需要改变对传统外语教育观念的认识,需要革新外语教育的既有学科范式;外语教育的实践探索需要改革教学方法,创新人才培养模式,变革外语教育的组织管理形式。 The curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness of foreign language education endows it with grand political connotation, which determines that the fundamental task and goal of foreign language education in China in the new era is, with morality-strengthening education, to cultivate new generations of talents who are responsible for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and international talents with the ability to participate in global governance and leadership in different fields. To achieve this goal, theoretical research is needed to systematically understand and redefine the tasks and orientation of foreign language education in the new era, to change the understanding of the traditional concepts of foreign language education, and to innovate the existing discipline paradigm of foreign language education;and practical exploration is needed to reform the teaching methods, to innovate the talent training mode and change the organization and management forms of foreign language education.
