摘要
信息技术的广泛应用以及社会经济环境的快速变化,对地方高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。"微专业"这种以就业为导向的人才培养模式可以很好地弥补传统人才培养模式的不足,是进行教学模式改革的重要途径之一。D大学本着以就业为导向的宗旨,基于"微专业"人才培养模式,率先在该校会计专业进行了培养目标、发展路径、教师队伍培养、课题设置和教学组织等内容的教学改革,极大提升了学生的综合素质,拓宽了学生的就业面,取得了显著的效果。
The wide application of information technology and the rapid change in social and economic environment have put forward higher requirements for talent training in local colleges and universities. "Microspecialty", an employment-oriented talent training model, can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional talent training model, and is one of the important ways to reform the teaching model. Based on the employmentoriented tenet and the "micro-specialty" personnel training model, D university takes the lead in carrying out the teaching reform of the training objectives, development paths, faculty training, project setting and teaching organization of the accounting major of the school. It has greatly improved the comprehensive quality of students,broadened the employment scope of students, and achieved remarkable results.
