腹部超声联合阴道超声在诊断妇科急腹症中的临床应用价值及检出率分析

Clinical application value and detection rate analysis of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen

目的:研究分析腹部超声联合阴道超声在诊断妇科急腹症中的临床应用价值及检出率。方法:研究采集2018年6月—2019年6月时间段本院妇科收治患急腹症患者82例,以随机分组方式均分患者于采取腹部超声的参照组和实施腹部超声联合阴道超声的观察组当中,于检测后比对两组检出率,分析组间检测临床应用价值。结果:经检测后临床数据统计比较,观察组患者实施联合检测后,异位妊娠、黄体破裂、盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿破裂等疾病检出率高于参照组,两组数据比较存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:针对妇科急腹症患者采用腹部超声与阴道超声进行联合检测,可以有效提高急腹症临床检出率,为患者疾病诊断及诊疗提供可靠依据,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value and detection rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods The study collected 82 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the department of gynecology in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.The patients were equally divided into the reference group with abdominal ultrasound and the observation of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound.In the group,the detection rate of the two groups was compared after the test,and the clinical application value of the test between the groups was analyzed.Results After the statistical comparison of the clinical data after the test,the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy,corpus luteum rupture,pelvic inflammatory disease,ovarian cyst rupture and other diseases in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group after the joint test.There are differences in the data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound for patients with gynecological acute abdomen can effectively improve the clinical detection rate of acute abdomen,provide a reliable basis for disease diagnosis and diagnosis and treatment,and has significant clinical application value.
