生活污水处理絮凝剂中的糖蛋白絮凝剂分析

摘要 聚并理论是絮凝剂制备的理论基础。其间,带有正(负)电性的基团和水中带有负(正)电性的难以分离的一些颗粒相互靠近,降低其电势,使其处于不稳定状态,然后利用其聚合性质使得这些颗粒集中并通过物理或者化学方法分离出来。糖蛋白絮凝剂属于生物絮凝剂,可实现绿色生产,灵活用于生活污水处理。作为生活污水处理中的重要絮凝剂,糖蛋白絮凝剂具有絮凝效率低、生产成本较高等弊端,限制了其推广应用。本文主要研究糖蛋白絮凝剂的絮凝效率及其絮凝机理,并以几种典型的糖蛋白絮凝剂(如MBF-NIII2、猪眼源糖蛋白絮凝剂等)为例,对其结构、性质进行分析。研究发现,酸性糖蛋白是较为理想的污水处理糖蛋白絮凝剂,可以提高絮凝效率。 Merge theory is the theoretical basis for the preparation of flocculants.In the meantime,groups with positive(negative)electricity and some particles with negative(positive)electricity in the water that are difficult to separate are close to each other,reducing their potential and making them in an unstable state,then using their polymerization properties to make these particles concentrated and separated by physical or chemical methods.Glycoprotein flocculants belong to biological flocculants,which can realize green production and be flexibly used in domestic sewage treatment.As an important flocculant in domestic sewage treatment,glycoprotein flocculant has disadvantages such as low flocculation efficiency and high production cost,which restricts its popularization and application.This paper mainly studies the flocculation efficiency and flocculation mechanism of glycoprotein flocculants,and takes several typical glycoprotein flocculants(such as MBF-NIII2,porcine eye-derived glycoprotein flocculants,etc.)as examples to analyze their structures and properties.The study found that acid glycoprotein is an ideal glycoprotein flocculant for sewage treatment,which can improve the flocculation efficiency.
