基于文献考证及物质基准评价探讨中医经典名方现代化开发

Modernization development of classical traditional Chinese medicine formulation based on literature verification and material benchmark evaluation

经典名方是中药临床实践经验的结晶,推进临床急需高效的古代经典名方的研发已刻不容缓。组成中药物关键信息文献考证是经典名方开发的首要工作,物质基准质量控制是经典名方开发的关键,作用机制研究是经典名方开发当下及未来的主要任务,文章归纳了《古代经典名方目录》发布2年来对经典名方中关键药物文献考证、物质基准质量评价、运用中药整合药理学进行的作用机制研究三方面的内容,以期对经典名方的开发有所启发。

Classical traditional Chinese medicine formula is the crystallization of clinical practice,so it is urgent to push forward the research and development of the highly effective ancient formula.Nowadays,the literature verification on the key information of traditional Chinese medicine is the primary task,the quality control of material benchmarks is the key task,and the research pharmacodynamic mechanism is the main task to the development of the classical traditional Chinese medicine formula.This article summarized researches about the literature textual research,the quality evaluation,and the pharmacodynamic mechanism through the integrative pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCMIP)since the Contents of the Ancient Classical Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula was published,so as to enhancing the understanding about the development of the classical traditional Chinese medicine formula.
