药对配伍策略及其内在机制研究述评

Review on the research of drug pairing compatible strategy and its internal mechanism

药对是方剂的最小特色单位,体现了中医遣方用药所蕴含的规律和经验。近年来,围绕药对的功效物质、效应评价及配伍机制等方面开展的现代研究,为中药配伍、方剂应用的内涵阐释以及创制中药健康产品提供了参考和依据。课题组系统梳理药对研究现状与进展,提出药对研究应遵循整体观念,充分结合现代科学技术新方法、新手段,注重学科交叉与协作,聚焦揭示药对配伍、用法的科学性与合理性,为阐明药对使用规律、创新发展中医药配伍理论、指导药对的临床合理应用、促进药对的评价与转化提供基础与支撑。

The drug pair is the smallest compatible unit of the prescription,which embodies the laws and experience contained in the traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,modern researches on functional substances,effect evaluation and compatibility mechanism of drug pair have provided reference and basis for the interpretation of the connotation of Chinese herbal medicines compatibility and prescription application,and also the creation of Chinese medical health products.We systematically sorted out the research status and progress of drug pairs,it is proposed that drug pair research should follow the overall concept,fully integrate new methods and new technology,pay attention to cross-disciplinary collaboration,and aims to focus on revealing the scientificity and rationality of drug pair compatibility and usage,provide basis and support to clarify the application rules of drug pairs,provide the basis and support for the innovative development of the theory of compatibility of Chinese herbal medicines,and guide the rational clinical application of drug pairs,promote the evaluation and conversion of drug pairs.
