全血C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨全血C反应蛋白(CRP)联合血常规检验在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值。方法在医院2016年9月至2019年1月诊治的细菌性感染类疾病患儿中选取65例设为感染组,同期选取病毒性感染类疾病患儿65例设为病毒组、健康体检儿童65名设为对照组,对3组受检者进行全血CRP、血常规检验,比较3组受检者的全血CRP、血常规检验指标水平以及不同检验方法的检测阳性率差异。结果细菌组患儿的全血CRP、白细胞计数均高于病毒组、对照组(P<0.05),而异型淋巴细胞低于病毒组、高于对照组(P<0.05);全血CRP联合血常规检验方案用于细菌组的检测阳性率高达98.46%,高于两种单一检测方案(P<0.05),而用于病毒组、对照组的检测阳性率与单一检测方案相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论全血CRP联合血常规检验在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值显著,可准确鉴别细菌性感染、病毒性感染,为细菌性感染类疾病患儿的临床治疗提供客观依据。 Objective To explore the application value of whole blood C-reactive protein(CRP) combined with blood routine test in pediatric bacterial infectious diseases. Methods During the period from September 2016 to January 2019, 65 children with bacterial infectious diseases were selected as infection group, 65 children with viral infectious diseases were selected as virus group and 65 children with health examination were selected as control group. CRP and blood routine tests were performed on three groups of patients. The levels of CRP and blood routine tests were compared among the three groups. The difference of positive rate between different test methods. Result The whole blood CRP and white blood cell counts of children in the bacterial group were higher than those of the virus group and the control group(P<0.05), while the atypical lymphocytes were lower than the virus group and higher than the control group(P<0.05);whole blood CRP combined with blood routine test the positive rate of the test protocol used in the bacterial group was as high as 98.46%, which was higher than the two single test protocols(P<0.05), while the positive rate of the test protocol used in the virus group and the control group was not statistically different from that of the single test protocol(P>0.05). Conclusion Whole blood CRP combined with routine blood test has significant application value in pediatric bacterial infections. It can accurately distinguish bacterial infections and viral infections and provide objective evidence for the clinical treatment of children with bacterial infections.
