摘要
涡流脉冲热成像检测技术与传统的检测手段相比,具有检测效率高,且成本投入较少的优势。文章通过涡流脉冲热成像技术的应用,借助温度分布的成像特点,辨别壳体是否存在细微缺陷。通过压力容器的仿真实验,证实了涡流脉冲热成像检测技术的确能够检测出压力容器壳体存在的微小裂痕。本文还研究了影响压力容器裂痕处温度分布的可能性因素,提出了借助温度升高的比例来探究裂痕深度的方法。
compared with the traditional detection methods,eddy current pulse thermography has the advantages of high detection efficiency and low cost.In this paper,through the application of the eddy current pulse thermal im⁃aging technology,with the help of the imaging characteristics of temperature distribution,we can distinguish wheth⁃er there are subtle defects in the shell.In this paper,through the simulation experiment of pressure vessel,it is con⁃firmed that eddy current pulse thermography can detect the micro cracks in the shell of pressure vessel.This paper also studies the possible factors that affect the temperature distribution at the crack of pressure vessel,and puts for⁃ward a method to explore the crack depth with the help of the proportion of temperature rise.
