隧道工程用环氧树脂基混凝土配合比设计试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统隧道工程混凝土拉伸压缩性能差、养护时间长的问题,提出在混凝土中加入环氧树脂材料,以此制备环氧树脂基混凝土的试验,并对制备的环氧树脂基混凝土基础配比与性能进行探讨。试验结果表明,隧道工程用的环氧树脂基混凝土的最佳养护时间为3d;最小胶石比为11%,此时弯曲拉伸强度为13.75MPa,压缩强度为48.75MPa;大骨料配比在40%~60%时,环氧树脂基混凝土的级配不敏感。将制备的环氧树脂基混凝土运用到实际隧道工程修补中,只需养护9~12h即可使用。 Aiming at the problems of poor tensile and compressive properties and long curing time of traditional tun⁃nel engineering concrete,this paper puts forward the test of epoxy resin based concrete prepared by adding epoxy resin material into concrete,and discusses the ratio and performance of the prepared epoxy resin based concrete foundation.The test results show that the best curing time of epoxy resin based concrete used in tunnel engineering is 3 days;the minimum rubber aggregate ratio is 11%;the bending tensile strength is 13.75 MPa and the compres⁃sive strength is 48.75 MPa;when the large aggregate ratio is 40%~60%,the gradation of epoxy resin based con⁃crete is not sensitive.The prepared epoxy resin based concrete can be used in the repair of actual tunnel engineer⁃ing,only need to maintain for 9h~12h.
