摘要
针对片烟仓储原料供料中拆拼包效率低、仓库尾料剩余多等问题,论文对片烟仓储物流的拆拼包流程和方案进行了设计,针对不同的供料需求将线性规划算法引入到片烟仓储原料拆拼包操作中,建立了拆拼包优化模型,实现了仓储烟包拆拼包方案的最优化求解,减少了原料的浪费。同时对拆拼包电子标签的编码规则及拼包多标签处理方法进行了研究与设计,通过自定义生成标签,实现了对片烟的入库、存放、出库等环节的追踪与监管,为烟草工业企业的物流及库存管理提供及时准确的数据支撑,实现了片烟流通、仓储执行环节的信息化管理。
Due to the low efficiency of dismantling package and the surplus of warehouse tailings in raw materials of tobacco storage,the dismantling and packing scheme of tobacco storage logistics are designed in this paper.For the different supply require⁃ments,the linear programming algorithm is introduced into the dismantling operation of storage tobacco packages,and the optimiza⁃tion model is established.The optimal solution of the unpacking scheme of storage tobacco is realized,and the waste of raw materi⁃als is reduced.In addition,the coding rules of the electronic label and the method of multi-label processing of the package are de⁃signed.By customizing the label,the tracking and supervision of the tobacco storage are realized.It provides timely and accurate da⁃ta support for the logistics and inventory management of tobacco industry enterprises,and realizes the information-based manage⁃ment of tobacco circulation and storage execution.
