人性化护理在艾滋病临床护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Humanized Nursing in Clinical Nursing of AIDS

目的探究人性化护理在艾滋病临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月在我院进行医治的60例艾滋病患者,以随机盲选法分成两组,其中对照组30例实施常规护理,观察组30例实施人性化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组在生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力这5个生活质量指标上的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于艾滋病临床护理中,可有效改善患者生活质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and explore the application value of humanized nursing in clinical nursing of AIDS.Methods A total of 60 AIDS patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random blind selection.Among them,30 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 30 patients in the observation group received humanized nursing.Compare the two group nursing effect.Results The scores of the observation group on the five quality of life indicators of physiological function,social function,physiological function,emotional function,and vitality were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing is applied in clinical nursing of AIDS,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve nursing satisfaction.
