摘要
为满足金露梅规模化生产中的种子需求,以野生地被植物金露梅为材料,采用施肥、修剪双因素随机区组试验设计的方法,研究其采种基地营建过程中适宜的模式。结果表明:开展修剪、施肥技术措施,对金露梅母株产种量的影响均是正向的;金露梅母株在定植后距地面10cm处平茬结合施肥措施产种量最大。
In order to meet the seed demand in large-scale production of Potentilla fruticosa L.,using wild ground cover plant Potentilla fruticosa L.as material,a two-factor randomized block design of fertilization and pruning was used to study the suitable model in the construction of its seed collection base.The results showed that the effect of pruning and fertilization on seed yield of Potentilla fruticosa L.mother plant was positive,after planted,stubble at 10cm above the ground with fertilization together can be the measures to the largest seed yield.
