Statistical Analysis of Irrational Medical Orders in Hospital Venous Center

目的:统计分析医院静脉药物配置中心不合理医嘱情况。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年3月期间上饶市立医院静脉药物配置中心20000份医嘱进行调查,将审核出的720份不合理医嘱用作研究对象,经统计分析,明确不合理用药原因。结果:在720份不合理医嘱中,溶媒选择不合理274份,药物配伍不合理137份,药物信息录入错误21份,用法、用量不适宜288份。结论:静脉药物配置中心不合理医嘱包括溶媒选择不合理,药物配伍不合理,用法、用量不适宜等,在日常工作中,需加强注意。

Objective:Statistical analysis of hospital venous center unreasonable medical orders.Methods:20000 medical orders from April 2019 to March 2020 in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service of Shangrao Municipal Hospital were investigated.720 irrational medical orders were used as the research object.The causes of irrational drug use were identified through statistical analysis.Results:Among 720 irrational medical orders,274 were unreasonable in solvent selection,137 were in drug compatibility,21 were wrong in drug information entry,and 288 were inappropriate in usage and dosage.Conclusion:The unreasonable medical orders in the hospital venous center include unreasonable solvent selection,unreasonable drug compatibility,inappropriate usage and dosage,etc.,which should be paid more attention to in daily work.
