儿童抽动障碍的中医研究进展

Research progress of TCM on tic disorder in children

抽动障碍是儿童和青少年常见的神经发育和心理行为障碍,常对患儿的学习、生活、社交等社会功能及家庭氛围产生不良影响,且发病率逐年增高。中医药辨治儿童抽动障碍疗效平稳,无明显不良反应,各医家采用不同的治疗方法,五脏辨证、分期辨证、主症辨治、体质辨证等均取得一定疗效。文章将近年中医对儿童抽动障碍的病因病机认识及辨证论治进行综述,为中医临床工作者治疗方法的选择提供依据。

Tic disorders is a common neurodevelopmental and psychological behavior disorder in children and adolescents, which has an adverse effect on the social function and family atmosphere of children’s learning, life, and social activities, and the incidence of the diseases is increasing. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tic disorder in children is stable and there is no obvious adverse reaction. The doctors utilize different methods, such as the five internal organs, staged differentiation, partial differentiation and physical differentiation, etc. have achieved certain effects. This paper reviewed the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of children with tic disorders in Chinese medicine in recent years and provided a basis for the selection of traditional Chinese medicine clinicians.
