摘要
湖南省晒口水库于2014年至2019年进行了除险加固,针对水库运行中存在的主要问题和除险加固的施工效果,该文主要借助有限差分计算软件FLAC3D和理论分析,对晒口水库大坝进行安全评价.结果表明,在不同工况下,除险加固后的晒口水库大坝渗流安全、结构安全及其他部分安全评价结果均满足相应规范要求,但运行管理有待进一步规范,最终建议审定为二类坝.
The Shaikou Reservoir in Hunan province was reinforced from 2014 to 2019,in view of the main problems existing in the operation of the reservoir and the construction effect of the reinforcement.In this paper,the finite difference calculation software FLAC3D and theoretical analysis are used to evaluate the safety of the dam of the Shaikou Reservoir.The results show that under different working conditions,the seepage safety,structural safety andother parts of safety of the dam of the Shaikou Reservoir after the reinforcement meet the requirements of the code.However,the operation management needs to be further standardized,and the final recommendation is approved as a Second-Class dam.
