基于Markowitz投资理论的高校图书馆资源配置模型研究

A Study of University Library Resource Allocation Model Based on Markowitz Investment Theory

针对高校图书馆资源分配不合理的问题,文章基于经济学领域的Markowitz均值-方差投资组合理论,从资源用户满意度和资源利用均衡度两个角度出发,利用均值-方差等值线族的几何特征,找到平衡用户满意度和资源利用均衡度的有效集,获取高校图书馆资源优化配置的最优方案,从而构建高校图书馆资源优化配置模型,并从高校图书馆资源结构布局和资源使用效益两个层面提出相关的优化对策。

Aiming at the problem of unreasonable resource allocation in university library,the research explores the optimal combination of resource allocation with the smallest resource allocation cost as possible.Based on the classic Markowitz mean-variance portfolio theory in the field of economics and considering the resource allocation of university libraries affected by random factors,by using the geometric features of mean-variance contour,the effective set of balancing user satisfaction and resource utilization equilibrium is found to obtain the optimal scheme of optimal allocation of university library resources,and relevant optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of resource structure layout and resource expenditure utilization efficiency.
