疫情背景下某院半年就诊数据分析

Data Analysis of a Hospital for Half a Year under the Background of Epidemic

目的统计某医院2020年1月1日至6月30日的门急诊量、入院量、出院量、疾病系统构成和手术类型分布情况并与2019年同期作对比,分析疫情以来医院上述医疗指标的变化趋势和特点,了解疫情对医院的影响及未来在常态化疫情防控措施下医院的发展趋势,为医院医疗工作的改进提供辅助决策。方法利用医务统计软件查询得到2019年和2020年上半年各月门急诊量、入院量和出院量统计数据并作同期对比。在Powerbuilder软件中编写SQL查询程序,将数据库中相关表格关联,调取所需时间段所有出院患者的出院第一诊断编码前四位及手术治疗患者的第一手术操作编码前四位,分类汇总并做同期对比。结果2020年1月至6月各月门急诊量、入院量、出院量与2019年相比全部降低,其中2月和3月的降幅最为显著,从2月到6月同比降幅呈逐步收窄趋势。2019年与2020年上半年前15位疾病分类中,有11种分类种类一致。手术治疗患者数量2020年2月至5月同比2019年降幅逐渐收窄,其中6月同比增加4.43%。2020年上半年前15位手术操作分类种类与2019年基本一致。2020年上半年门诊和住院医疗毛收入与2019年同比下降均为25%以上。结论受疫情影响,医院2020年上半年的就诊量和经济收入下降明显。在常态化疫情防控形势下,医院应为患者提供更加安全的就医环境,减少患者感染的风险和担忧,逐步恢复以往就诊秩序和水平。

Objective Statistics were made on the number of outpatient and emergency visits,admissions,discharges,disease system composition and operation types of a hospital from January 1 to June 30,2020,and compared with the same period in 2019.The changing trends and characteristics of the above-mentioned medical indexes in the hospital since the epidemic were analyzed to understand the impact of the epidemic on the hospital and the development trend of the hospital under the normal epidemic prevention and control measures in the future,so as to provide auxiliary decision-making for the improvement of hospital medical work.Methods Statistical data of emergency department,admission and discharge in each month in 2019 and the first half of 2020 were obtained by using medical statistics software and compared over the same period.Write SQL query program in Powerbuilder software,correlate relevant tables in the database,retrieve the first diagnosis code of all discharged patients and the first operation code of surgical patients in the required time period,classify and summarize and make comparison of the same period.Results From January to June 2020,the number of emergency department,hospital admission and discharge all decreased compared with 2019,among which February and March showed the most significant decline,and the year-on-year decline from February to June showed a gradually narrowing trend.In 2019 and the first half of 2020,11 of the top 15 disease classifications were consistent.The decrease in the number of patients treated by surgery gradually narrowed from February to May 2020 compared with that in 2019,with a year-on-year increase of 4.43%in June.The categories of the top15 surgical operations in the first half of 2020 are basically the same as those in 2019.In the first half year of2020,the gross income of outpatient and inpatient medical treatment decreased by more than 25%compared with the same period of 2019.Conclutions Affected by the epidemic,the number of hospital visits and economic income in the first half of 2020 declined significantly.Under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control,hospitals should provide a safer medical environment for patients,reduce the risk and worry of infection for patients,and gradually restore the order and level of medical treatment.
